Ummm, get off my cloud...

Well it has been weeks since I have blogged. I last spoke about FTTH but today I am going to talk about something else. As the title suggests I am going to discuss a little about cloud computing. Cloud computing is a style of computing in which dynamically scalable virtualized resources are provided as a service over the Internet. Cloud computing services provide business applications online that are accessed from a web browser, while the software and data are stored on servers.

Google is a good example for how we use cloud computing everyday with their online documents and spreadsheets. Microsoft is working on a cloud OS called Azure however if anyone is interested go to this website www.ajaxwindows.com and it is free. Cloud computing promises to cut costs. But keep in mind this I just provided a link to a free web OS that operates just like you'd expect of windows and office with tons of storage. So it is true that costs have been cut... until next time.
